Automatic Gain Control
RadioCatch Web Radio Recorder applies AGC (Automatic Gain Control) to improve recordings. With it, you can adjust the volume of your recordings more precisely.
1. Launch RadioCatch Web Radio Recorder
& click "Options" to activate the options
window (
).
2. choose "Automatic Gain Control"

Check "Automatic Gain Control enabled"

Then, you can set some parameters of AGC:
Low Level (
),
High Level (
),
Attack Time (
).
Click "Ok" to save your settings (
).
The volume will be decreased if the level is more than High Level. And the volume will be increased if the level is less then Low Level. The rate of the volume changing is equal to (20db / Attack Time).
